Colorado PTA

To support and speak on behalf of children and youth in the school, community and before governmental and other organizations that make decisions affecting children. To assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children. To encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this nation.

Since 1907, Colorado PTA has put volunteer strength behind programs and projects aimed at creating a better life for every child. Colorado PTA is the largest statewide volunteer organization working exclusively to improve the education, health, safety, and well-being of all children and youth. Colorado PTA is affiliated with the National PTA, begun in 1897.

Colorado PTA is a nonpartisan organization that advocates for children. We have two part time staff. All Board of Directors, including the President, are volunteers.
