Good Cheer Food Bank

Good Cheer has been feeding the hungry on South Whidbey through the Food Bank since 1962. We seek to ensure that our Thrift Stores are a favorite shopping destination because they provide the majority of the funding to operate the Food Bank. With these funds our Food Bank is able to provide for an extremely productive Food Bank Farm that provides fresh food directly to our clients. With the use of processing techniques provided by our produce manager we are able to freeze the excess produce we have and provide healthy food to our clients throughout the winter. That being said none of this would be possible without our amazing partners, community members, and most importantly volunteers that we are constantly in need of to keep the wheels of this machine turning.
