Misión
Share The Care is a grass-roots, evidence-informed group caregiving model that empowers individuals, family members, friends, co-workers, and neighbors with all the directions and advice they need to create and maintain a caregiving family to help someone they know at a vulnerable time in their life.
Its mission is to improve the quality of life of anyone who needs support--and to reduce the stress, depression, isolation and economic hardship of their caregivers.

Our focus is on educating and empowering people to start their own Share The Care group through workshops, presentations, and a full-day (nurse accredited) training for health professionals, organizations and clergy. Our website (www.sharethecare.org) provides information, stories, and resources. In addition, we offer support via telephone and email.
