RIOULT is a unique force in dance that adheres to the traditions of Modern Dance yet pushes the bounds of the contemporary. Known for his daring and imaginative explorations of classical scores, Pascal Rioult creates new work that brings a fresh perspective to timeless themes. His dancers' technical prowess and passionate expression offer an experience that speaks to the mind and to the heart. Founded in 1992, the organization grows in size and scope each year, with a repertoire of over twenty dances, a company of eight dancers, an annual season at The Joyce Theater in Manhattan, a far-reaching touring schedule, and an educational outreach program.
