Ahimsa House is a space for people to share practices of peaceof any kind! We are a community of volunteers who strive to live in more peace and harmony with ourselves, with the earth and with various species. We offer a variety of classes and workshops free of charge. Our teachers share a variety of skillsfrom yoga to organic gardening to dance. Our goal is to spread and support sustainable living practices into our community to increase health, happiness, the longevity of the world's resources. We believe sustainability begins with mind, body and spirit balance and extends into our individual actions and our collective relation with our mother earth.
