Alma de Colores (Soul of Colors) is a labor inclusion program for youth and adults that attend Centro Maya Servicio Integral (Maya Integral Service Center) and due to their disability, could not, until now, enter the job market. For this reason, there are five training workshops: a handicraft workshop, a sewing program, an organic farm, a coffee shop, and a bakery. Currently, 20 youth and adults attend the program. Workshop participants develop skills and knowledge related to personal hygiene, orientation of time and space, distinction between work and rest, and the fight against malnutrition, which is an immense cause of disability in Guatemala.
