Safe Harbor is a grassroots nonprofit organization providing advocacy, resources, and trauma-informed support to survivors of abuse, exploitation, and violent crime. Founded and led by survivors, we believe in the power of lived experience, community connection, and sustainable healing.

Our services are tailored to meet people where they are—offering direct assistance, community referrals, and career-aligned support through our Empowerment Through Enterprise program. We serve individuals across the United States, with a focus on helping survivors build new, self-sustaining lives.

We value integrity, compassion, and creative problem-solving. As a lean but passionate team, we welcome mission-driven collaborators who want to make a tangible impact in the lives of others while gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit work, outreach, and advocacy.
