Agape Hospice of the Lowcountry

We serve the individuals that have been suffering with a disease process and are now reaching the end of their journey on earth. We are looking for special individuals that want to be there for a person who typically has little interaction with others on a daily basis and have a fear of passing away alone. Agape Hospice provides these individuals with a volunteer or volunteers to offer them companionship and socialization.
