The Center for Health Management is a non-profit agency* that aims to:
- Assist seniors, adults, teens and children to improve the wellness of their minds, bodies and spirits through education, research and related support activities - Train professionals and others providing medical, emotional or spiritual care to consider the overall needs of the whole person when developing coordinated care plans for those they serve -Assist organizations in developing policies, procedures and programs to collaborate in achieving the goals stated above in 1 and 2. - Assist communities to achieve the goals stated above in 1, 2 and 3. Publish print, electronic and other media to achieve the goals in stated above in 1, 2, 3 and 4
