Change To Come is a 501 (c) (3), organization in Oakland CA, with a mission to provide supportive housing and comprehensive wrap-around services for men, women and single parents in recovery to support them to achieve a better opportunity for self-sufficiency and empowerment.
Our vision is to provide a working housing programs with supportive resources that creates a strong community of wealth, and integrity, which will mirror positive influences on children.
Our goal is to offer affordable housing and resources relating to mental Health, drugs/alcohol abuse, victims of domestic violence, and re-entry from jails, as a first step, to help clients with homelessness.
