Comprised of individuals who embrace a full range of intellectual and stylistic genres, The Society for the Encouragement of the Arts (seArts) is a coalition that joins artists with cultural institutions, businesses, and municipal organizations that work to improve the economic base for the arts and the larger Cape Ann community by:
- Advocating the arts
- Promoting collaboration and coordination between artists and organizations
- Developing programs and events
- Promoting arts education
- Striving to become a world class arts community
