The Community Services Foundation (CSF) works with investors, financial institutions, foundations, developers, owners, and property management companies to help them achieve their community impact goals.
Our approach focuses on six key pillars:

- Workforce Development
- Civic Engagement.
CSF’s ability to organize and execute community service programs helps build and maintain a more civic-minded and responsible community and as a result, we have positively impacted the lives of thousands of residents who live in affordable housing communities.
CSF is as a nationally-certified CORES organization, which recognizes our commitment to developing robust community impact programming.
