Vision: A system of family and community-based services and supports that ensures the well-being of children and youth with serious, emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges so that they can live, learn, work and play in their communities.

Mission: To integrate effective, culturally competent, family-driven services and supports for children and youth with serious emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges across the systems and agencies that serve them.
