High Spirit Community Farm fulfills an essential need for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing meaningful work, a dignified home and a rich social and cultural life.

High Spirit provides and supports life-sharing homes where our community members live as part of a nuclear family. A hospitable workplace and home is provided that accords dignity to people with disabilities through agricultural work, family style home life, and a rich social and cultural life.

High Spirit strives to be a catalyst for Massachusetts to move from institutional care to a model which nurtures the well‐being of individuals, the community and the environment.
