Circles aims to help move people out of poverty and make at least 200% above the government poverty guidelines. We do this by facilitating relationships across class lines and to help change community attitudes about poverty.
We have also recently partnered with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Centre to offer free healthcare screenings.
