EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE INC

Educational Leadership Institute (ELI, INC.) is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization that has been providing coaching sessions, and training to Early Head Start program teachers onsite at their childcare centers. The goal is to elevate the early childhood experiences of young children by supporting the educators in their care. We model developmentally appropriate practices and how to facilitate children's learning in their care. There are several programs that address children's social emotional wellness and tap into their leadership abilities through their own commuity programming.

ELI, Inc. is launching its Children Giving Children Initiative in a local children's hopsital where Moving with a Purpose program will address academic loss and social emotional wellness with children hospitalized in the oncology and organ transplant units. The program combines literacy through storytelling, wellness activitivies, and an art-based activitiy.
