The Pennsylvania Budget and Policy Center (PBPC) provides budget and fiscal analysis and public education to support policies that would improve the economic and social well-being of low- and middle-income Pennsylvanians. PBPC is project of the Keystone Research Center (KRC), a non-partisan research and policy institute created in 1996 to promote a more prosperous and equitable Pennsylvania.
