Higher Ground Youth & Family Services is a nonprofit organization that provides mentoring programs for youth in at-risk communities in Anaheim and Santa Ana. The goal of Higher Ground is to foster a commitment to the youth of this area that will promote positive educational habits, strong interpersonal skills, and a sense of empowerment.
Higher Ground partners with existing entities to identify youth who are at risk for gang induction and offers a positive support system to avoid the pitfalls that can derail lives. Higher Ground does this by providing the community with a friendly and safe environment where all may feel welcome to play, learn, and grow in body, mind, and spirit.
