iCareFish

iCAREFISH exists to improve the welfare of farmed and wild fish in Africa through research, advocacy, and community-based training that promotes humane and sustainable aquaculture practices.

iCAREFISH is a nonprofit initiative working with fish farming communities in Nigeria to reduce fish suffering, promote biodiversity, and support ethical farming. We offer welfare-focused training, engage local clusters near natural water bodies, and advocate for conservation. We welcome volunteers passionate about animal welfare and environmental sustainability.
