Association for the Development of the Exceptional

The Association for the Development of the Exceptional (ADE) is a training service provider for adults with developmental disabilities. As Training Service Providers we are committed to offer our participants the full gamut of services from: recruitment, functional academic, vocational training, case management, work maturity, employment seeking skills training, job placement, job coaching, follow up services, and other duties on a per needed basis that will facilitate job placement or job retention.

Our agency also focuses on efforts to develop an independant lifestyle by introducing and maintaining the necessary vocational, educational and social skills for each participant. We stress independance by training all participants to use public transportation to travel to A.D.E. and other destinations.

The ongoing goal is to help our exceptional adults "step into life" with necessary educational, vocational and social skills.
