TALLAHASSEE-HAITI MEDICAL TEAM INC

The Tallahassee-Haiti Medical Team (THMT) provides primary medical care and other medical services to the people of Campeche-Dumay, and the surrounding areas.

Founded shortly after the devastating earthquake in 2010, THMT supports the operations of our primary care clinic located in Campeche-Dumay. THMT fundraises for the staffing and operational costs of the clinic. To supplement these activities, THMT organizes teams of volunteer doctors, nurses, EMTs, and healthcare students to conduct week-long intensive medical trips to the clinic. Aside from conducting clinical duties, medical volunteers engage in medical education initiatives and are responsible for the healthcare needs of a local orphanage.

THMT is designated by the IRS as 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. THMT files under the IRS NTEE code International Relief (Q33) . THMT is also registered as a non-profit corporation within the state of Florida.
