The Center for Election Innovation & Research

CEIR is an innovative non-profit with a proven track record of working in a non-partisan manner with election officials from around the country and from both sides of the aisle. CEIR was founded in 2016, in response to the historic decline in voter turnout and the impending threat of foreign interference that seeks to further divide our nation and depress citizen engagement. Our mission is to restore trust in the American election system and promote election procedures that encourage participation while ensuring election integrity and security.
