Justin Chappell is running for the Maryland House of Delegates in District 20 (downtown Silver Spring and Takoma Park.)
Justin's mission is based on 15 years experience fighting for economic equality and civil rights issues, from the Halls of Congress to civic leadership and working every day helping low income families achieve their goals. He served 6 years as an officer of his civic association where he focused on a range of issues from education excellence and opportunity, to public safety, environmental protection, affordable housing and the need for adequate public facilities like schools to accommodate our growing population.
