The PCPI

The American health care system, through the Quality Payment Program, is increasingly focused on value: better and safer care that produces improved outcomes and reduced cost. The time for action and transformation are here and PCPI is the organization that can help the entire health care delivery system drive performance improvement that meets the challenge. PCPI staff are experts in different aspects of performance improvement. However, the real strength of PCPI comes from the work we do with our member organizations to advance the science of improvement.

Whether it is leading-edge measurement science that pushes the envelope on clinical, as well as the patient-reported outcomes measures; the vast, collective experience of the National Quality Registry Network (NQRN) and other data innovation initiatives; or building competency and capability, as well as understanding the drivers and barriers to creating meaningful quality improvement, PCPI helps its member organizations and their members in this new era.
