First In Families of Mecklenburg County

We are a project of InReach. Our management team follows guiding principles of Self-Determination, Equality, Interdependence, Partnerships, Giving Back, and Leadership throughout the lives of the people we support. It is important to us that adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities can design the lives that they want for themselves. In addition we host projects such as a Summer Camp Project and Back to School Projects. We also help plan for the future by exploring alternatives to guardianship, special needs trusts and personal networks of support.
