Our mission is to mentor youth through stewardship of land, animals, and meaningful work. The program aims to help young people develop character, resilience, and practical life skills that support long-term success.
The Youth Farm Mentorship Program is designed for youth ages 10–18 who benefit from structured mentorship, hands-on learning, and character development opportunities. Participants may be referred by families, churches, schools, juvenile courts, or probation departments. The farm environment allows youth to learn practical skills while building confidence and personal responsibility.
This program uses structured farm work, animal care, and mentorship relationships to help youth develop responsibility, self-discipline, teamwork, and leadership. Agricultural environments provide a unique setting where youth can see the direct results of their effort. Animals depend on consistent care and the land requires ongoing stewardship, reinforcing the importance of reliability, patience, and integrity.
