Forgiven Soles in a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on Farm-Based Youth Reentry & Mentorship Initiative. A community-based program designed to support justice-involved youth transitioning from juvenile detention or residential placement back into their communities.
The program will serve youth ages 12–17 returning from secure placement or under probation supervision who have been identified as moderate to high risk of reoffending based on validated risk and needs assessment tools.
The initiative integrates individualized case management, mentoring relationships, vocational agricultural training, life-skills education, and family engagement to provide structured support during the reentry process.
We are currently seeking a Program Director to oversee, program management, coordination with probation and juvenile justice agencies, compliance with grant requirements, supervision of program staff, and evaluation coordination. This position will become a paid position pending grant award The Program Director will manage the implementation of the youth reentry program funded through the grant. Responsible for reporting to funding agencies.
