conCIENCIA is a non-profit volunteer program with the goal of promoting and practicing environmental education in Peru as a tool to ensure a better stewardship of the Earth by creating a new generation of nature lovers.
We use an alternative all-outdoor model to teach ecological principals based on games, experiments and creative activities such as art, theater and dance.
We transmit complex scientific concepts in a practical way to ensure that every child experiences and interacts with nature by himself.
Our dream is to improve environmental education in our country. For this reason our cross-functional team continuously develops workshops which we share on our web page and social media, inviting other educators to make use of them.
