Skills for Change

For over 30 years, Skills for Change has been known for pioneering programs that respond to shifting immigration and workplace trends and lead to employment. We offer a range of accelerated programs to fit the needs of newcomers – our offered services include information and referral, French and English language assessment, English language instruction, integrated language/skills training, employment preparation, business skills, mentoring and settlement services.

While supporting Skills for Change's new strategy, this will be an opportunity to learn about the operations of a non-profit and the tools used to ensure the mission of the organization is reached. Furthermore, volunteers will work collaboratively on multiple projects that would have a meaningful impact on Skills for Change’s ability to carry out our mission.
