Our purpose is to change the way the world defines and views disabilities by making profound, positive differences in people's lives every day.
Founded in May of 1947, Easterseals Washington has been serving children and adults with disabilities and their families across the state for over 75 years. In that time, we have offered a variety of services to help those who need it most, and we are constantly working to reach underserved populations throughout Washington.
From child development centers to physical rehabilitation and job training for people with disabilities, Easterseals Washington leads the way towards equity, inclusion, and access for children and adults with disabilities.

Our robust benefits package for Part-time and Full-time employees:
- Medical, Vision, and Dental benefits with a 75% employer contribution toward premiums
- Paid Sick Leave: Full-time employees receive 96 hours annually; Part-time employees accrue 1 hour/40 hours worked
