BUSINESS SUMMARY:

Job Jump Starters is a non-profit focused on providing young women 14-21 years old with interview readiness training through a series of workshops, which can span up to eight weeks. A combined total of 10 years hiring, training and managerial experience and current coursework accredits the company’s capabilities. Our unique approach and closeness in age provides readability and an active example to the young women of what they could become.

PROJECT HISTORY:

Job Jump Starters has been in business for two years. The current ranges of clients are either pregnant or expecting teens within the Philadelphia School System and Adjudicated Youth. Please see attached a recommendation letter. Currently, based on our grading system, we’re at 85% success rate across the series of workshops we’re currently providing.

Interview Readiness Training (Soft Skills) - body language, tempo, company knowledge and questions you don’t have to answer/how to handle

Life Beyond Work- quizzes and discussions on career and educational goals

Completion Exercises-outing (guest speaker), certificate of completion, testimonials and surveys

Job Jump Starters provides young women with appearance, etiquette and ease in interviewing which readies them today for tomorrow’s workplace. The cost for services is negotiable per number of young women with a minimum of 5 needed to make a workshop. We are priced below our competitors’ cost while also providing a more holistic approach to interviewing skills.
