CBC serves individuals diagnosed with Chiari Malformation and related neurological conditions. The organization focuses on:

- Official Recognition: Registered as a non-profit in Maryland on December 24, 2025, and received official 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the IRS on February 22, 2026.
- Professional Network: Our advisory board consists of prominent neurosurgeons from leading institutions, including specialists from Johns Hopkins, Weill Cornell and other major university health systems.
- Community Engagement: We prioritize grassroots involvement, such as participating in community 5K walks and neurosurgical conferences to raise awareness and support.
