- Servant-Leadership training - identify, develop emergent and established leaders and assist them in becoming servant-leaders;
- Business as Mission - mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs in the integration of purpose above profits into their business model;
- Community Development - affecting a community shift from deficit-thinking to asset-based development of community.
