To educate children, parents, professionals and community leaders based on values and respect for human rights in Latin America has been our main goal and ideal. Programs used are of Quaker origin and thousands of teachers and other professionals have been trained. If you are considering to work as a volunteer in Central American peace education programs, a full command of the Spanish language is not necessary. You could, for example, work with CELT (Creative English Language Teaching)in public schools. Fund raising, mailings, general office work volunteers are most welcome. We offer a great opportunities for interns and volunteers interested in spreading Peace Studies in our region.
