The American Friends of the Musée d’Orsay (AFMO) raises public awareness and financial support for the Musée d'Orsay and the Musée de l’Orangerie, Paris, France. These funds, which support exhibitions, education, and building renovations, provide cultural enrichment for Americans in theUnited States and Paris. Through its tax-exempt status AFMO also acquires works of art to lend and eventually gift to the museum.
