    • We are a health and wellness nonprofit organization that offers affordable mental health counseling, naturopathic medicine visits, and community health education programs.
    • Inside Health Institute (IHI) was founded in 2015. We provide high quality care specifically designed to be offered to at-risk, marginalized, uninsured or underinsured populations (seniors, veterans, people with disabilities, people of color).
    • Our main office is in Bothell, WA and we serve populations in King and Snohomish Counties. Through sliding scale discounts we have given more than $30,000 in patient services.
    • We have created unique community-based programs including the Get Fit Club, which supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with a series of educational classes in a fun, community-building environment that focused on health, nutrition, and exercise. 
    • Our goal is to offer care to people with all ranges of chronic illness in a comprehensive care setting.
    • More than 25% of IHI’s current patients are people of color, who are known to disproportionately experience poorer health outcomes.
    • Inside Health Institute is forming partnerships with other nonprofit and for-profit community services and businesses, in order to facilitate optimum health and wellness for patients.
