Oxfam America is an international relief and development organization that creates lasting solutions to poverty, hunger and social justice.
The Oxfam Action Corps is a non-partisan volunteer initiative in key cities nationwide to inform, inspire, and mobilize public support for policies to create solutions to hunger, poverty, and social injustice.
This year (and beyond) we are focused on mobilizing awareness and action for solutions to global hunger, including investing in smallholder farmers and helping communities build resilience to climate extremes. We focus on women in rural areas who are closely tied to food production. They are among the most vulnerable, and at the nexus of food insecurity and climate change.
