Illiteracy is so high that the majority of the populace in Africa or the Third World do barely understand issues on Health,eg; disease prevention. They do not know how much damage they cause to the Environment in their bid to erk out a living.Many are those who think it is okay to give birth to as many kids as they can being ignorant of the consequence. It is agaist this background that The Northern Star Communications seeks to address the educational/informational gap through the the production of video documentaries,tv commercials,radio,print,and stage drama etc. However,The Northern Communications is looking for funding to start this project.
