Penn home care & Hospice Services

We serve individuals and their caregivers facing end-of-life illness by providing medical, spiritual and psycho-social interventions. I am seeking volunteers to provide administrative support, direct contact with patients, and individuals to sit with patients facing end-of-life with limited support networks. We also need volunteers to assist us in acquiring in-kind donations for our grief Camp which is held annually for children who have experienced a significant loss.
