"Our mission is to win with an exciting grassroots campaign based on positivity, authenticity, and integrity." Kara Eastman is a progressive Democrat running for the United States House of Representatives. She supports Medicare for All, testified against the KXL Pipeline, and refuses to accept corporate PAC money. Kara founded the Omaha Healthy Kids Alliance and is the current Vice Chair of the Metropolitan Community College Board of Governors. If elected she would be the first woman to represent the city of Omaha in Washington DC.
