Reese Street Community Center, d.b.a. Ayuda Community Center

The mission of Ayuda Community Center is to reveal mercy, renewal, and justice in the Hunting Park neighborhood of Philadelphia, so that individuals and families are strengthened and restored. Ayuda Community Center is a community-based and community-owned effort that offers before and after school programs, a community arts center, and a summer day camp program.

Staff are constantly striving to engage with youth and adults, right where they are in the community. The goal is to provide a holistic response to the direct needs of the neighborhood by offering programs and opportunities focused on community/social development, arts, education, collaboration, and advocacy. We desire to strengthen youth and adults, so they might grow and thrive as influential members of their community.
