Charting Careers

Charting Careers' mission is to build a supportive community that partners with families to provide youth with long-term mentoring, life-changing experiences, and new skills so they achieve life and career success, ending the cycle of poverty and inequity in Annapolis.

We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit that offers longitudinal programming for students, including educational and skill development sessions, family partnership, individualized support, 1:1 mentoring, and connection to the larger Charting Careers Mentor Network, for students facing adversity.
