Compeer Program: matches community volunteers to serve as supportive friends to adults and children who are receiving mental health and/or substance abuse treatment. Matches meet for about 4 hours a month to do activities and spend time together. Being part of the Compeer Program is a great way to be more involved in the community. It can also be a way to help you understand Mental Illness.
