The Old Colonists' Association of Victoria

The Old Colonists’ Association of Victoria was established in 1869 to house and care for elderly people who were far from home and often destitute. The Association was founded as a charitable organisation, an independent unaffiliated body and non profit organisation.

Today The Old Colonists’ Association of Victoria has grown to encompass four estates at North Fitzroy, Eltham North, Braeside Park and Euroa. Rushall Park, our North Fitzroy estate, has a nursing home on the premises as well as independent living cottages, Leith Park has a hostel with a 12 room dementia wing and 117 independent living cottages, A new nursing home is currently under construction at Leith Park. Braeside Park has independent living cottages and apartments for those who are frailer but not yet ready for residential living, Currie Park at Euroa has independent living cottages and apartments.
