OURMALA has specialised in delivering yoga classes for people seeking international protection in the UK, such as refugees and survivors of torture, trafficking and modern day slavery since 2011.
We also provide high quality yoga classes for workplaces across London and for the NHS, which helps us fund our free yoga classes for refugees.
Our yoga programme has been independently evaluated as being highly effective in improving mental, physical health and wellbeing and enabling people to take part in life more.
In 2019, we were selected by the NHS to deliver a yoga project for the community affected by the Grenfell Tower fire.
