Terence Crutcher Foundation

Terence Crutcher Foundation (TCF) is a nonprofit organization in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our mission is to engage the community, law enforcement, and policymakers in creating and sustaining an approach to prevent, identify and address issues of inequity related to BIPOC communities in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and around the nation. It is the foundation’s desire to change the narrative that perceives Black men as BAD DUDES and pipeline them into a “community of achievers” through personal growth, education, and economic mobility. The foundation’s primary focus is criminal justice and policing reform, community and youth development, and providing scholarships to African-American students from marginalized communities.
