Leverage Colorado is a start-up 501(c)(3) with an initial grant of $3 million from Next50 Foundation, Leverage is in a strategic growth phase focused on expanding our donor base, strengthening long-term sustainability, expanding our advocacy influence, and developing strategic messaging.

Colorado is aging rapidly, yet many of our systems were designed decades ago for a much younger population. This demographic shift will shape the state’s economy, systems, and workforce for decades to come. The question is not whether these trends and impacts will persist, but whether we can effectively position the State for strategic growth and strategic aging.

Leverage works at the intersection of demographic change, economics, and public policy. We help state leaders translate predictable population trends into smarter policy decisions across workforce, housing, human services, and fiscal systems so Colorado can adapt proactively to its aging population and strengthen economic security across the lifespan.
