    Sunday Steps 4 Mental Health works to break the stigma around youth mental health while supporting youth mental health patients through our chapters, fundraisers, arts and crafts program, and events. We currently have 5 strong chapters across Ontario and the U.S., uniting more than 100 volunteers worldwide. Together, we've raised nearly $4,000 for mental health initiatives, donated over 350 handmade crafts and cards to individuals battling mental health challenges, and have impacted hundreds of mental health patients.

    The volunteer opportunities we have available right now is our Arts and Crafts Program and Events Program! All high school students are eligible and it’s an easy way to earn volunteer hours FAST and in an impactful way!
