HCO’s mission is to promote and sustain communication, understanding and mutual respect amongst the diverse communities in the United States. To this end, HCO will strive to:
- Nourish young minds to reach the pinnacle of academic, spiritual and cultural excellence
- Help those in need enjoy basic human rights such as education and healthcare
- Empower marginalized communities to advocate for their own rights
