Charlestown Resident Alliance

A Massachusetts non-profit corporation, CRA is the local tenant organization for the Bunker Hill public housing development in Charlestown, MA. Bunker Hill’s comprehensive redevelopment into 2,699 units of mixed-income housing, with current residents having a right to return to new and better apartments, has secured many of its public approvals and is close to achieving an initial closing. CRA is an active participant in all these negotiations, at the table with the private developer and the BHA.
